This Sunday here at ASHA Mission Home, our team decided to do a prophesy day for the children. It all started out with Tiffany suggesting that we write prophetic words on cards and take pictures of all the kids with the words that we felt would speak life into each of them. We set aside about 2 hours to spend listening to what God wants these kids to see themselves. Words like “Deep Well of Truth” and “peacemaker” were some of the words God gave us for these kids. Our idea is to take a picture of them and get them printed out so that they can look back at this years later and live out these prophecies 🙂 It was so awesome! Chelsea O gave a talk about seeing yourself as God does and how we are princes and princesses in HIS kingdom. So, we did a craft where they made crowns, and we crowned them into God’s Kingdom and presented them with the life giving words. It was totally moving and …..FUN 🙂 These pictures say a thousand words!
These kids here are also in great physical need for things such as clothes, toothbrushes, backpacks, and shoes. There will be a video blog showing how you can further support them! These kids are SOLD out for Christ and worship him freely EVERY DAY. Whew!
