In Malayasia (and other places in Asia) the bathrooms get cleaned. they get cleaned so much that the floors are slippery from being mopped after every use. While I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, i’ve found myself slipping and nearly falling more then once. I think The Animaniacs can sum up my feelings well:

The work we are doing so far is pretty standard. Some of us are teaching ( I am teaching an autistic Iranian boy) and the rest do gardening and random tasks that our contact assigns us.
I am having a blast so far. the kid is very easy to get along with. He opened up to me after a few minutes of silence from Him and I. He showed me what work he had already finished and worked on the next assignments with little coaching from me. We also bonded while playing computer and board games. The contact said that I was doing a great job because the kid opened up to me faster then he did with the last racer he worked with. This touched me; so much for being bad with kids,eh?
God really does change your desires and things you used to believe about yourself.
God is great all the time!
