You are probably already wondering how you’re going to fit everything you have into your pack….

Training Camp was hard enough and now you have start thinking about packing for the full 11 Months!

Ahhhhh! But not to worry, somehow God transforms your packs into a magic carpet bag and you’ll be able to fit of plethora of items in pockets you didn’t know you had.

Here are some extra things to think about:

Sunglasses (cheap ones cuz you’ll probably lose or break em…or throw them out after you get some sweet fake Ray Bans)

A roll of toilet paper (a MUST for travel days!)

Hand sanitizer

Small hand towel (in addition to your bath towel)

Sunscreen

Pocket knife or multi-tool knife (one or two per team)

Head Lamp (a must)

Stationery for letters home

Addresses for back home

Alarm clock (you can always use your phone for this)

Small Calculator (another thing those iPhones are handy for)

Earplugs and Eye mask (a must for light sleepers)

Pro-biotics (if you get sick and take Cipro – this will restore “good stuff” in your body)

Insect Repellent

A watch (don’t be that guy that everyone is waiting on)

Camera (you’ll really, really want one)

Outlet Converter/Voltage Converter (if you want to charge your stuff over the 11 months that you’re gone, these will be essential)

Jump drive/ External Hard drive  (great for sharing pictures and videos)

Baby wipes (for those days when you can’t get a bucket shower)

Carabineers (somehow they always seem to come in handy)

Nalgene/Water bottle

Clothes line (expect to hand wash your clothes most of the year)

Eating utensils (spork it up, ya’ll)

Small portable speakers (not a must but great for dance parties)

Ear phone splitter (Get the “star” one with 5 spots so you can watch movies with others on various planes, trains, and automobiles)

Chapstick

Women…bring your make up, there will be times you will want it

Passport Holder

Running Shoes (reduces the chances of acquiring the “World Race 15”)

Q-Tips and Dental Floss (you’ve gotta floss the teeth you wanna keep!)

*Keep in the mind that items such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, laundry soap, and Oreos (the essentials) are easily available and cheap pretty much everywhere in the world, so you won’t need to try to pack a year’s supply of them. 🙂
