Greetings from the Philippines!
What does it look like to have child-like faith?
To actually believe that He can heal you of your arthritis, take care of your next mortgage or car payment when you are broke. What does it mean when He says ask and you will receive? Does He actually mean that? Have you ever wondered about that? Its funny to think that child-like faith is also radical faith because that means that being radical for Jesus means being a child. Like a child that goes up to a man that has stomach cancer and simply prays for a new stomach for this stranger. And that man walking out healed. Medically, logically it doesn’t make sense. Faith doesn’t make sense, does it? So, I’m exercising that faith at this point in my life believing that He will provide for all my needs out of His glorious riches.
At this current point in my journey on the World Race, I am in need of $300.00 by Jan 1st (yes, that is tomorrow!), or I will be sent home.
and $3,300 to finish the race!
I don’t know where or how I’m going to get it. But I’m going forward in faith, believing these promises. Because God is the God of challenges, difficulties, and impossibilities. I know without a doubt that this is where He has brought me and that I am to finish the race.
The Lord is faithful to provide. He has proven this over and over again, and I know that He uses others to meet needs just as He has used many of you.
Ask the Lord and yourself if you are one of those people the Lord wants to use today to provide.
