To my anonymous donor,
Just a few days before I was looking at my account, discouraged because no money had come in in a while–I was worried that I wouldn’t make my first deadline. I brought my worries to the Lord and I brought them to my teammates who partnered with me in prayer. Then literally the next day I saw your donation. When I saw my total ($3500) in my account, I was first shocked (did a double take, rubbing my eyes in disbelief) then extremely excited (literally jumping up and down, running around telling all of my roommates, and calling my parents).
And though that is a positive reaction, not gonna lie, but it was a little hard, too. And here’s why,
I wanted to know all the names and faces of the people that are sending me out. I wanted to be able to be able to thank you, and pray, by name, that the Lord would bless you ten times more than you’ve blessed me. I wanted to be able to write a letter and know who to send it to.
But I can’t…I don’t know who you are. *Ahhh the mystery!!*
The truth is, God knows who you are, and that’s all that really matters. He knows and He is smiling.
So I am saying a prayer of thanks for you, my anonymous donor. You selflessly gave without requiring any attention or applause. Thank you.

I know I’ve said over and over that every dollar helps, that every dollar changes lives…well, its true. Every dollar has enabled me to be where I am right now. Every dollar has changed my life, and I know that as my team and I go out into the nations to bring hope and restoration to a broken world, that you will be touching the lives of hundreds you may never meet here on earth—because you helped send me.
