Family and Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well! I wanted to write you and tell you about some of the new and exciting endeavors that are taking place in my life. I have been working for State Farm for the last year and as many of you know, for the longest time I have had no idea where to go next. I now know what I will be doing with my next step. I’m going to be a missionary! A little over a month ago I was introduced to this website for an amazing missionary opportunity entitled “The World Race,” which is run through a company called Adventures in Missions. From the moment I read the first blog of a current missionary God broke my heart and made it clear that he wanted me to be a part of this incredible ministry. The World Race is an 11-month Christian mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. The countries we will be going to are Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Nepal AND India from January 01, 2013 – November 30, 2013.
The next year is going to be tough, challenging, endearing, and possibly grueling at times, but there is no doubt that it is going to be nothing short of amazing and incredible. Through community, ministry, adventure, and self-discovery, my team and I will serve in partnerships with churches and ministries in local communities. We will be sharing the love that Jesus shows us by preaching the Gospel, planting churches, working in orphanages, minister to women and children who are trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restoration and hope of the Father’s love to several tribes and nations.
I can’t even begin to explain how blessed, excited, and thankful I am for the opportunity God has given me to be a World Racer, and have all the confidence in the world that He will provide for my needs! Ultimately, my hope is that He will do that through you. I am writing you to ask if you would consider partnering with me prayerfully and financially in my ministry. I need to raise $15,500 in order to take part in the World Race. That is about $1,400 per month, and it will cover all of my expenses on the field. This financial support can be given as a one-time gift or even as a monthly donation, where you can choose the amount, and the beginning and end dates. If 30 people pledged $50 a month for 11 months, I would be completely funded! Whether you can give $1, $1,000, or just pray for me and my team, you will be a partner in this ministry!

If you would like to donate using a check please make them payable to Adventures In Missions and send them to PO Box 534470, Atlanta, GA, 30353-4470. Please contact me so that I can send you a response card to send in with your check. This response card will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
