Hello family and friends. I am writing this blog to inform you of what has been going on the last month and what is currently happening. Some of you may know that I spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital in Thailand last month, and all of the month on bed rest. This was very expensive and has pretty much depleted my personal funds. My team is currently in Malaysia, which is a beautiful country and I have an upcoming blog about all that God is doing here. However, as the enemy likes to do, he is attempting to attack me again through pain in my mouth. I have a tooth that is in need of a root canal and after last month’s stay in the hospital, I cannot afford it. I am asking for your help. There is a man here named Josh who works with one of the ministries that we are partnering with and his father is a dentist. I am currently still trying to find out exactly how much it is going to cost, which I will update on this blog as soon as I find out. I am just hoping to have the money raised as soon as possible so that I can get the root canal completed and the pain to be gone as soon as possible. Any amount of money you can donate helps. After visiting the dentist and having one of my teeth pulled and one filled, the remaining work that needs to be done as soon as possible is to get a crown on one of my teeth that I had a root canal in right before the race, but ran out of time to get a crown. If I do not get a crown it is possible the tooth could break off. I also have one tooth that needs a filling. We will be here in Malaysia where I know the dentist and it is the cheapest work I will be able to have done while on the race, most likely. I need to raise about $350 to have the work completed.
