Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness

These lyrics have never felt more real to me. I mean, what a faithful God we serve. As I was trying to plan out my life by myself, there was never certainty or clarity. I would have an idea and then a week later I’d feel the need to change that plan. However, while working on raising funds to make God’s plan for my life a reality, I realize the promise that He has given me. He says, “Trust me, my plan will make you happier.” So, while I thought I was going to go to college, graduate, and get a good paying job, God was working on something so much more fulfilling for me.
I am no longer frantically searching for a fulfilling plan for myself for next year because I have found it. I have found peace in my decision for next year and I have complete faith in the process God is preparing for me.
As I have been putting out ideas for fundraising, God has been in EVERY aspect. I saw the idea from other World Racers to do the “Adopt a Box Fundraiser” and I had a goal of 5 donations a day. In ONE DAY, God brought 20 donors forward who have given $552. IN ONE DAY!
I am so excited to see God move mountains in the coming years of my life, especially the near future with The World Race!
If any of you are doubting the faithfulness that God has or you are in a time of your life where it is hard to believe He is there for you, He is. You may not see His work clearly, but He is always moving behind the scenes on your behalf. Take courage in that. There have been times where I don’t see God moving in my own life and I get discouraged. In these times, I have learned that I need to keep getting closer to God daily and trusting his provision. I have learned that if I know God well enough, I will be able to trust his overwhelming power.
Life is good. God is good. Let him give you peace.
