Here I go fighting the blogging giant lol
First off a sincere apology to all of you, it’s been sooooo long since you last heard from me, I know and I’m truly sorry I was just kind of taking a… Selah
Last you heard I was ready to embark on my race in January…yaaay! Well it’s February, haven’t left yet…but it is ok. I had hoped, wished to leave with my fellow Fusers in January but it did not work out that way, unfortunately…or fortunately? You see my plan was to be out, on the first plane smoking off to Thailand for training camp and ministry work but here I am still in the states, coming to you live from CT enjoying the wintery sight that is much more delightful indoors as opposed to walking outside in it… lol snow slush yuk!
So what happened? Well, Papa said not yet and it crushed me.
But I had it all planned out, figured out, I didn’t know how the money was going to come in or how things were going to work out on the home front but I had faith, “You there mountain get out of my face, my Papa is in control, He will take care of it!”
And yet He said “Wait“
Wait? Wait for what? I thought that You would just wave your hands and make everything that wasn’t going right…go right. What is there to wait for? Daddy I know You can do it but…why… won’t…You…do it?
“My time is the best“
But…but… I thought now was Your time…
I cried my ugly cries and got into my little fits with the boo’s to the whoo’s and after that was all said and done, I surrendered, not as gracefully as I could have but nonetheless the white flag came out
Selah…pause and calmly think about that. This is where I’m at, taking one step at a time and sincerely seeking His out. I’ve been Selah-ing (lol), praying, seeking, waiting and despite the disappointment Papa has been clarifying and putting things in order…at His own time, not my time
But it is not over friends…it is not over! I am moving forward and in His faithfulness, Abba has given me a new race to be working towards. This September, by His grace, I will be off on my world race, yaaay!
Remember the race is not to swift, I was just taking a pause, don’t get tired yet, this is just an opportunity for God to do something brand new, He is in the showing up and showing off business
To all my current/future supporters, well-wishers, prayer partners, the world, we are moving forward y’all! God is about to do even greater things, don’t doubt that for even just a second. I love you all, God bless you for joining me on my faith journey. We are on the move, next stop: To the nations
