I’m sure some of you may be wondering what, exactly, is waiting for me in Spain.

Well, in March 2020, I will be attending Generation 42 Leadership Academy based out of Spain for 9 months. My interest in the Leadership Academy sparked as I felt God prepare my heart for full-time ministry.

G42 Leadership Academy is a 9 month training program designed to transform, and equip, leaders to Establish the Kingdom of God around the world. As I have felt that God has been preparing me this past year and a half to go into full-time ministry or missions, I look forward to experiencing and becoming equipped to plant authentic and impactful missional community. The curriculum is designed for us to solidify a clear identity and mission to reverse oppression and make disciples who live and love like Christ on the planet. Here, I will learn to cultivate an ongoing, abiding relationship with Christ.

9 MONTHS SEPARATED INTO 3 TRIMESTERS

FIRST TRIMESTER:

TRAINING

In the classroom in Mijas, Spain. Teachings in the first three months are focused on the core teachings of Christ, and becoming men and women who cannot be stopped in our pursuit of Christ and His Kingdom.

SECOND TRIMESTER:

PRACTICUM

On the mission field, practicing and applying the concepts taught in the first three months, and actively living out the way of Jesus. We will be given practicum options closer to our arrival date: February 29th, 2020. But I’m already daydreaming about a few things!

THIRD TRIMESTER:

SOLIDIFYING

Back in the classroom solidifying lessons, sharing practicum lessons, and celebrating together. Teaching will focus on practical application, and preparing to launch into a new way of life after G42.

COMMUNITY

G42 will continue to cultivate the authentic relationship in community.

G42 interns live together in the close proximity of Spanish-style housing and are given the responsibility of caring and cooking for their house. Interns are expected to maintain a high-level of accountability and create a culture in their house where prayer, prophecy, and service become habitual.

God continues to lead me to so many new and exciting things. Thank you for allowing me to share my journey with you. I, truly, could not be where I am without all of your prayers and support.
