Wow, i can't believe that in only a week I'll be arriving in somewhere in Romania. 2011 has just flown by!
It was around November 2010 when i first heard about the World Race, and thought it was too be good to be true, i had to apply. After being accepted, then whisked off to training camp, working and saving, planning, and packing, it's finally come. It's here, and i can't wait!
Thank you to all that have supported me, and made my last few months in Canada a blast!
From Birthday parties, to camp reunions, hikes, and long drives, games-games-games, and plenty of laughs! I've eaten some great food, celebrated weddings, played some awesome music with church, reconnected with old friends, and family, and I've been so blessed with encouragement form so many!
I can't wait to see what's in store for the year to come, and what might be around the corner. I expect some hard times, and some really fun times. This time next year I'll be thinking of all the new memories I will have made over the year and I'll be reflecting on all those that helped me get to that point! Thank you!
