We’re so excited that you’ve said “YES!” to one of our amazing domestic options. You’ve already received this information from our Semesters staff, but we wanted to send you a reminder and make sure you had access to it in an easy-to-find place.
Here are all the arrival and departure details you need to show up for your Semesters trip when and where you need to be! If you have any questions, reach out to your advisor.
Arrive August 28th. Depart November 22nd.
August 28th arrival:
Fly into Madison, WI. (Dane County Regional Airport/MSN). A cheaper option is oftentimes flying into Chicago’s O’Hare, but you’ll need to get yourself bussed to Madison airport from there.
Flying into Madison, landing anytime before 11:00 AM.
Flying into O’Hare and bussing up to Madison, be to Madison by 3:00 PM.
Once you arrive at the Dane County Regional Airport/MSN, you can meet at the only baggage claim in the airport to be picked up. The pick-up time will be communicated to you once we have a more accurate picture of what time everyone’s flights arrive.
Driving in or getting dropped off, be there between 4:00 – 6:00 PM Meeting point will be at their coffee shop, Bella Goose.
*if you drive yourself, you can keep your car there at the ministry site.
November 22nd departure:
Fly out of Madison departing anytime after 6:00 AM.
If flying out of O’Hare, book a flight departing anytime after 1:00 PM.
Driving or being picked up at your convenience anytime before 2:00 PM.
Arrive August 28th. Depart November 22nd.
August 28th arrival:
Fly: land in Charlotte, NC (CLT) or Asheville, NC (AVL) at or before 2:00 pm. In Asheville, you can meet by the baggage claim to be picked up. IN Charlotte, you can meet by the Starbucks
Drive: Or you can drive or be dropped off the ministry site in Asheville between 3:00 – 5:00 PM. Their address is: 23 Florida Avenue, Black Mountain, NC 28711
*if you drive yourself, you can keep your car there at the ministry site.
November 22nd Departure
Fly: Flights should depart from Charlotte or Asheville, NC after 2:00 pm.
Drive: Depart or pick up from ministry site in Asheville after 12:00 pm.
