Today is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it….I will also be sappy and express my love a little today….so get over it.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Saying you are good is just not going to cut it. You are good, you alone, yet we over use the phrase everyday. I can’t just say you are good because you are way more than that. No words could describe the true love in my heart I have for you. You are constantly blessing me and pouring out your love onto me. I adore you Lord. Thank you. Today I come to you in total thanksgiving. You have blessed me with one of the best blessings I could have ever dreamed of receiving. About 10 months ago I starting dating one of the most Godly men around. Every single day he points me closer to you. He is always reminding me of your amazing love for me. When I spend time with him its like hanging out with you. No I don’t mean he is you, Jesus, I mean you are in his heart and always overflowing out. Its a joy to spend time with him. He is always joyful and always welcoming. He loves you way more than me, and that's what my heart desires. He never puts me above you but always keeps you the focus. He seeks you with his whole heart and adores you. He falls more in love with you each day and shares the blessings with me. He never ceases to amaze me. He is so thoughtful and caring. He always puts others before himself. He jumps at the opportunity to serve others and to spur others on to grow closer to you. He invites me in and shares stories of your goodness with me. He loves me for me and always challenges me to walk in more boldness for you. He reminds me of your grace daily. He brightens my day and always makes me hunger for a deeper relationship with you. He has helped me see you in so many new ways. My love for you deepens with his leadership. Lord he is so amazing and I am so honored that you blessed me with him. He is truly heaven sent. I can’t thank you enough for the blessing you have given me. I ask that you continue to speak to his heart. That you are his focus and his joy. I ask you to continue to bless him with power and boldness. He is your warrior, a warrior of love. Don’t let him stop fighting for you. Lord thank you for his voice and his presence. Thank you for creating him perfectly in your image. That you made no mistake with him. Thank you for the example he is too so many, but especially to his siblings. He is a role model for so many. Thank you for the wisdom and knowledge you have given him. Continue pouring into him and blessing him with the words of truth. I ask that you bless his day and make your face shine upon him. I love you Lord and I thank you so much.

Incase you didn’t know, I love you. I love you something crazy. You are a blessing and I am so thankful for you. I am praying for you daily. Although I might not be there for your birthday I know God is right there with you. Enjoy your day as if I were there right beside you. Sing a little, dance a little, and laugh a lot. Worship our Heavenly Father for his amazing presence. I will be home in a few months and we will have a real party! You are the love story I never thought I deserved but yet better than any movie could ever create. You are a blessing and I am so thankful for you.
