Dear family, friends, and strangers reading Faith’s blog,

This blog was not written by Faith, but by the members of her team. We, Team Centurion, have been with Faith from day one of the World Race. We have seen God move in Faith’s life, and we have seen God use her to build his Kingdom in Serbia, Romania, and Bulgaria. It has been an honor to watch Faith serving the Lord, and we wanted to take this opportunity to share some of what we have seen with you.

Catie:Faith has grown so much so far on this journey. I have been so blessed to watch her as she finds who the Lord is calling her to be. Faith is so passionate about loving the people near and dear to her. The way she speaks about her family back home is so beautiful. This month, we have had the privilege to work with Roma (Gypsy) children. Watching Faith play with the children and love them, I see Jesus’s love pouring out onto the kids. Most of the children don’t have many people showing them this kind of love, and when Faith shows them the Father’s love, they get a taste of how the Father loves them.

Crystal, our squad leader:Most mornings I can find Faith snuggled up somewhere, lost, deep within her Bible. I have only spent a couple of weeks with team Centurion, but those weeks have been fruitful. Before leaving Romania I was able to encourage Faith in a few ways, and now I am able to see her slowly begin to walk into more and more freedom. Faith has a servant’s heart and loves to serve those around her anyway that she can. She sees a need and she strives to meet it. Her parents truly gifted her with the right name, Faith…she exudes it in her everyday life. She turns to the Lord first for help. Her faith remains in Him and Him alone.

Jon:I feel so blessed to have been on a team with Faith for the last few months. She has such a love for all of God’s creation and it’s a beautiful thing to watch and to learn from. I aminspired by how ardently she seeks the Lord everyday through just taking time to sit with Him and hear what He has to say. Faith has been a huge asset in ministry, especially in the opportunities we’ve had to work with women of all ages! The amount of growth I’ve witnessed since The Race began is huge. I can feel the love of the Lord just emanating from her at all times.

Molly: Faith has such incredible passion for seeking to hear from God every day. She has inspired me to place higher value on my time reading God’s word, as she fights for every moment she can find to read the Bible. I have loved seeing her turn to God immediately when life gets stressful. On our team, I greatly value Faith’s courageous honestythat has allowed us to know her so well so quickly. She is constantly reminding us to affirm each other in the gifts and talents God has given us, which has brought greater appreciation for each other on our team. God has gifted her with an ability to relate to people so easily, and to be able to use her knowledge of Him to encourage others. I have loved seeing her build friendships with people in each country, and it has been incredible to see how God has used her testimony to minister to and encourage others.

Morgan: Something that has been said about Faith with which I vehemently agree is that she holds a lot of influence. She carries atmosphere into a room, into her team, and into her ministry. I have witnessed Faith grow so much in these past three months; This is not a growth that came to her as she has sat idly by, that she waited for patiently. She fought and is fighting for this growth. Faith does the hard things, even when she can’t see the immediate fruit. Even when it’s the last thing she wants to do. She has a determination that overpowers any lack of motivation. Faith holds herself to ahigh standard, and in her love for God’s people, she pushes others to a higher standard as well. She pursues others, and in doing so she shows her faithfulness to her team, her squad, her ministry, and her God. Faith is truly a testament to her name!

Patricia: Faith, in one word, can be described as faithful. As cliché as that sounds, it rings more true than you could even imagine. She constantly is studying her Bible, eager to soak up any truths that she can before she starts her day. As the day progresses, you will always find Faith reminding others of the gifts that they possess, and encouraging them to continue in those things. She also has such an incredibly authentic relationship, not only with Jesus, but also with those around her. Faith’s heart for children isso evident, and she loves with such a genuinely loving heart, that the children can not soak it up enough. One of my favorite things to do is simply watch her love the beautiful Roma children, and to see them start to realize that they are worthy of love.

Zach:Faith has been such a blessing to get to know over the last three months. Her love for God’s creation permeates into her everyday life and that love flows out into the relationships she creates and maintains. Her strength in fighting for more is one of the most admirable things about her. When times are hard or situations are awkward she relentlessly continues pushing forward because she knows there is eternal life on the other side.  Learning more about Faith and watching her grow in her relationship with the Lord has been one of my favorites things on the race thus far. She continually pushes others to pursue their relationship with the Lord and we are so very appreciative of all she brings to the table.

Thank you to each person who has supported Faith on this journey through prayer, encouragement, and donations. Our team would be lacking without Faith’s presence. She still has $2,615 to raise before the final financial deadline, November 30. We ask that you would pray and consider donating to help her reach the final financial deadline.

Thank you so much for praying for and supporting our team, through sending Faith!

With gratitude,

Team Centurion
