Well, let me declare it to you!
Faith is being sure of what we hope for.
Faith is the certainty of what we do not see.

Faith is a chameleon of mixed heritage and grateful for it!
The question that always takes me forever to figure out how to answer: “Where are you from?” Born in Thailand, raised in Singapore, ended my adolescence in Upstate New York, and entered adulthood in Indiana. In addition to these few places, I’ve left parts of my heart with people in Ecuador, Paraguay and South Korea. So, if home is where the heart is, I’m glad we’re not limited to one location!
Faith has amazing parents and an awesome older sister!

Faith is incredibly blessed with a loving family – both biological and otherwise… and this family keeps growing!
I find myself with brothers and sisters, mothers, fathers, aunt and uncles and dear, dear friends everywhere I go. SO SO grateful for these incredible blessings! God has used each one to shape me in incredible ways — teaching me about love, wisdom, hospitality, friendship, and so many other things. Looking forward to seeing God expand my family even further on the Race!
Faith is intimately known, desperately pursued and deeply loved by her heavenly Father!
Some days I feel like a child bride to a loving King. I learned about Jesus Christ when I was really little and sometimes wonder if I knew what I was getting myself into when I accepted Him as Lord and Savior. As I get older, I find myself discovering more and more of the incredible love this God I’ve given my life to has for me. And the more I find out, the less I regret the decision I made when I was four and the more grateful I am for God’s patience and faithfulness!
Faith’s life has a plan and purpose!
Though I have no idea what it may be, my heavenly Father has a plan and a purpose for my life! I learned from a professor of mine not to beat myself up about not knowing what my passion is. She taught me that as long as my highest purpose is to trust and obey my Father as He takes me on this journey, my life will have been well-lived.
Most recently, the journey has included graduating from Taylor University with a degree in Social Work and spending a year as an AmeriCorps*VISTA at an awesome organization in Indianapolis (the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic).
Faith is a World Racer!
Still wondering what I’ve gotten myself into, I’ve been reassured that my Heavenly Father is able and pleased to place His words in my mouth and give me the wisdom I lack as I follow Him onward into this next step of the grand adventure He has planned for me!
1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. (Hebrews 12:1-3)

Kwunjit… enough faith to finish!
