I’m realizing that I’m not very good at this whole blogging thing (or at taking pictures with my camera). I’ve spent these past few days mulling over all that I’ve seen and learned, wondering how in the world to put it all into words to share with everyone. So, to start off, here’s a snapshot of this past week (with pictures stolen from my teammates’ cameras, of course). 🙂

We’ve gotten to share in life here in other ways, with being a part of worship services and my teammate, Katherine, sharing a short message at their start-of-the-year gathering.

We also had a chance to meet one of the outreach teams that was just getting back from Sri Lanka. They are currently in Hassan, Karnataka, India, for their last couple weeks of ministry. Devki (second from the left), one of the young ladies on the team, quickly became a dear friend to all of us.

Most of our time in ministry here has been with several awesome children’s ministries; with us acting out stories, singing songs and playing games with some really precious little ones.

This past week we also got to be a part of YWAM’s campus ministry’s midweek service, where we met Helga, from Tanzania,

and watched the YWAM team from Korea perform their sweet TaeKwonDo routine.

Besides all the people we’ve met so far, this past week has also been filled with adventures on autobuses/rickricks/rickshaws,

Thank you for all your prayers!
