It’s hard to sum up this past week at Training Camp in just a few words. The whirlwind of awesome ways God showed up in my life left and right before camp continued right on into this past week. As I’ve thought about all that I’ve learned this past week, Romans 8:6 came to mind.

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace

Though being controlled by the Spirit may lead to death of my flesh and all that it wants, being controlled by the Spirit brings LIFE and PEACE; life that is ABUNDANT and peace that is beyond comprehension. I’ve been blown away this week as God’s truth has been spoken over me. I’ve come to a deeper realization of truly how WIDE and LONG and HIGH and DEEP is the love of Christ and how desperately God is pursuing me so that I can love and be loved by Him. Now I just want to shake everyone I meet and ask, “DO YOU KNOW HOW LOVED YOU ARE??”

I’m so grateful for all the ways God provided a way for me to make it to training camp this past week – from borrowed sleeping bags and backpacks and water bottles, to the generosity of dear friends and family and even anonymous donors. Thank you to those who have been a part of this awesome story that God is unfolding in my life.

I would be so honored if you would continue to be part of this amazing story –

Pray – Your prayers are so precious to me as I get ready to leave in these next couple months and as I enter into what God is doing in the nations this coming January.

Share in the story – I’m excited to get to share my stories with you while I’m in the field. I’d love to get to hear from you as well so that we can celebrate together all the great things God is doing!

Give – I’m just at the beginning of my support-raising for this trip. It would bless me greatly if you would consider supporting me financially! If you would like to give towards my trip, you can give online by clicking on the “Support Me!” link to the left of this page.
