Today was a great ending to an awesome miracle that happened almost about a week and a half ago. Today, I went to a little old ladies house in order to say thank you.

Almost two weeks ago I was at ministry working with kids and spending some really cool time getting to know them. However, later that night, Grace, Kayla and I where supposed to go get groceries for the team for the up coming week. But when I reached into my back pocket to grab my wallet at the compound, I realized to my surprise that nothing was back there… I let them go on ahead and I began to search for my wallet. About an hour later I accepted the fate that it was gone forever. I was certain I had it at ministry, and now it was gone; so I figured it HAD to have fallen out of my pocket while I was sitting half way on the outer side of the truck bed with my backside hanging over the edge of the truck over the street. And turns out, that is exactly what happened. But I am righting this blog with it sitting right in front of me. I lost it on Thursday evening, and it was returned to me Monday morning. Turns out, this little old Guatemalan lady found it on the side of some random little road in the middle of San Pedro Guatemala. However she couldn’t read, and gave it to a local store clerk to see if he knew what to do with it. He didn’t, but he somehow made the connection that the pastor I was working with had worked with American missionaries before, and called him to see if he knew what to di with it. Pastor Elisio had heard that I had lost my wallet, so he graciously took it for me, and then returned it on Monday. Today was the day that I got to meet the lady who was my own little miracle. When I got my wallet back, I had all my cash, all my cards as well as I.D. NOTHING was touched… No one can tell me that miracles don’t exist. Because that is so far fetched, that there is no way that could have happened if God wasn’t looking out for me. Today we finished our last day of ministry here in Guatemala, and I am so excited to see the many more miracles God is going to do in my life as well as others. Awesome things are happening, and better things to come!
