Randoms from the cam last month! Enjoy!! π
Starting the month off with a bang….baptisms in the ocean!! This is Bella’s baptism! π

Courtney’s baptism! I was so honored that both girls on my team asked me to baptize them!! We had five people from our squad who got baptized that day. So amazing!!
Sunset on the ocean at Huanchaco
The rest of the squad stayed in bunk beds provided for us, but I was one of the ‘roofies’ who slept on the roof of our two story compound all month!
We were on the outskirts of Trujillo, so far out that more often than not, the taxis didn’t know where to take us! Thankfully by the end of the month, they all knew exactly who we were and where we were staying!

The first week we did VBS for the kids in the surrounding area.
Bold Radiance was asked to be the dance team. We learned new choreographed dances everyday and practiced for a few hours each morning before performing for the kids.
We always dressed the part!
Ready for some dancing!!
We also went to an outlying village to perform for the kids – singing, dancing, dramas, sharing the Gospel – it was always a blast!

The kids loved doing the motions with us!
The last day of the week, we had so many kids, we had to do the program outside in the street.

Having fun!!
The second week we did a lot of manual labor around the compound.

Especially painting!
My view from the roof early every morning!!

Every week we were able to preach at the numerous churches we were doing ministry with. This was the evening I spoke and my Bella gave her testimony.

We also ran youth group for two different churches which was always a blast.
We did outreach (singing, dancing, dramas, preaching) at the markets, schools, and a hospital….but some of my favorite days was when we did prison ministry. Over 30 women gave their life to the Lord this day!!
Wherever we went, we were able to pray for people. The God of the universe has no language barriers!
Some of Bold Radiance at the women’s prison!

On one of our days off, we were able to go to the Sun and Moon Temple.

Ruins of the Sun Temple in the background.

Normal mode of transportation – pile as many people as possible in a taxi!
Making memories. π

My favorite lady from the church El Yo Soy!

We always had so much fun together!
Amazing friends!!! Some of my besties from Peru! π

The men of F-squad treated the women with a ‘dress up fancy’ night…complete with dinner, music and dessert (they know the way to our hearts!). Our men served us and were so amazing. What a great family!
The best for last!! Two of my favorite pictures from Peru!! π
