The Fresh Prince of World Race
This is a story all about how
God turned my life all upside down
And I liked to take a minute and listen to my case
And tell you how I became called to go on the World Race
In Arlington, Texas born and raised
As a camp counselor I spent most my summer days
Craftin’ out, zippin’, swimmin’ in da pool
And ministering to kids how Jesus is so cool
When a couple of guys told me I should
go as a mission trip adult and said “ I would!”
I went on one little mission trip and I got hooked
Yet God knew, that one week was all it really took
That week changed me and as the end came near
I was up in my bunk and asked God “Where to go from here?”
If anything I thought this call was rare
And God lead my Google search to 11n11 through my prayer
I pulled up a racer’s blog, more like 7 or 8
I decided to go out in the field, to serve our Creator
I will look at God’s Kingdom, receivin’ His Love and Grace
To be His hands and feet, and go on the World Race
