EJ Here! Hey!
I’m a senior at Appalachian State University, in the mountains of North Carolina, studying Marketing & Professional Selling.
After graduating in May, I felt a strong pull to do something different. Not for the sake of being different, but to create an impact that ripples throughout the world. You can read more about that on my first blog post.
I love the outdoors, relationships, Jesus, new cultures, and anything creative.
Spontaneous is my middle name. At any point, I might hop into a car and drive somewhere far. In the same boat, I like to learn. I feel we are always students. It’s such a good thing to be teachable.
I am also a wedding photographer, which has been such an amazing gig. I have a passion to love others through my craft: Photography. Other than that, you can find me socializing at your local coffee shop, geeking out over music (love it all), Films (um, what an art), Breakfast food (all day), and relishing morning light with a fresh cup of coffee.

Boone, NC. I love going to school in this southern outdoor mecca. Every day you can explore. And it’s in your backyard!
I grew up spending a lot of time camping and traveling to the U.S National Parks. This photo is from my trip last year, to Glacier National Park.
Andrea (left) and Kylie (middle) became friends with me in high school, and eventually lead me to knowing what a real relationship with Jesus looks like. Their companionship has stayed true throughout all the seasons. Relationships are so important.
Savanna (left) and Megan (middle) are my two closest pals at App State. They encourage me so well, and add so much to our amazing church community. I can’t imagine life without them. They’re goofs. And so talented!
As I have mentioned, I am a Wedding Photographer. Weddings are busy and stressful, but I love being apart of the union of two people who love each other endlessly. It is not only a joy but a privilege.
