Well friends (and maybe not friends, but we can be friends if
you want), let me break this down for you.
As I’m sure you’re all aware, or at least gather from reading this blog,
I am currently on this wonderful thing called The World Race.  In order to go on this wonderful thing called
The World Race, it is crucial that each individual raises a rather large sum of
money for support.  Being a participant,
I am in the process of raising this rather large sum of money.  We are given support raising goals, and one
of those support goals just happens to be today.  I am sad to say that I have not yet met that
goal, and yes, I am asking for your help.

I really believe that God called me to go on this Race.  Trust me, I would not be doing it if I did
not know I was supposed to.  It is not
the easiest thing to do.  There are some
really hard days.  There are some really
frustrating days.  There are some days
where you think that slicing bologna into squares all day would be better than
doing what you are doing.  But it’s all worth
it.

The hard times in life are what help you grow and make you
stronger, and they are what make amazing times amazing.  If everything were amazing, it would no
longer be amazing.  It would just be
ordinary.  I believe that this is the
most amazing opportunity I have ever been given.  I have been given 11 months to travel around
the world and bring Jesus with me.  I get
to love people that no one else has ever taken the time to love.  I get to share him with people who might
otherwise never hear about him.  I also
get to do a lot of practical stuff that simply blesses the people I am doing it
for.

This is the scariest and the hardest thing that I have ever
done.  There have been times in the past
three months when I wondered what the heck I got myself into.  But I trust and I believe that I heard right,
and that I am here with a purpose.

God wants to love his people.  He wants to change and transform lives.  He wants to set people free and help them fly
when they think that all they can do is crawl.
He wants to bring his kingdom to this earth, and he wants me (and you!) to
be a part of it!  I know that anything I
do in my own strength, in my own efforts, sucks and is meaningless.  The cool things always happen when God does
his thing through you.  It is a hard
thing to learn, but I am on my way there.

This is where I’m at right now.  But I need some money if I am going to continue
on this wild adventure.  If you would
like to be a part of that and support me, then please click on the little
button to the left that says “Support Me.”
I don’t actually know what to do after that, but I’m sure that you can
figure it out.  It might help some of you
to have this money thing broken down.  It
helps me.

To finish my support raising, I will need approximately
$20.00 American for every day I have left on the trip.  Would you consider supporting me for half a
day ($10.00), a day ($20.00), a week ($140.00), or any other amount God puts on
your heart?  Any and all help is greatly
appreciated!

Oh, and the title of this blog has nothing to do with the
actual blog.  I was just trying to get
your attention, and hey, it worked!
