Less is more. Today I gave up one of my "staplers" / responsibilities at work…and willingly and gladly did so. I was like hey…I don't really need this any more…ya want it? And…they said yes.
Can I tell you how GOOD it felt. Here ya go…unlike my pal Milton…so far the letting go of things has felt really healthy and good….tomorrow I'll probably be ballin' in my cheerios or something…but I'm excited and expectant…can hardly stand the wait kinda feeling I'm having. So I thought I would share this now while things are still hunky dory and stuff. I'm still working till June 27 but as each day goes by I'm able to hand over more and more of the "stapler" involving work and the leadership, burdens, and responsibilities it involves. My responsibilities not only feel lighter…I FEEL spiritually lighter too. Thank ya Jesus!!!
