Well, hello everyone!
My name is Erin, as I assume you have already gathered through other hints.
I grew up in a quaint village in northern Maryland called Thurmont (there's a good chance you have never heard of it). It was after high school when this country bumpkin decided to venture out to the big city of Baltimore to attend Stevenson University. During my time at Stevenson, I decided to spend a semester In Australia. It was during this trip that I fell in love with travelling. I also was part of a mission team who went to the Dominican Republic. It was during this trip that I fell in love with helping the poor.
I just turned 22 in April, and recently finished my last year at Stevenson. Like many people my age, I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life, however I am more than okay with that.,
Before I "settle down" (I hate that phrase)… I need to learn more. My college carreer is over, but I feel as though I know nothing about the world. I have lived in the cushion of the United States for the last 22 years. I am ready to be uncomfortable. I am ready to be tested. Most importantly, I am ready to be changed.
