Hey!
My name is Erika and I am currently a senior in high school. I live just outside of Portland, Oregon and I actually really enjoy all the rain (it makes everything so beautiful and green!). I’ve been accepted into World Race Gap year and I’ll be going on route one, “Mountainside View”. We will be travelling to Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Nepal. I really couldn’t be more pumped about it!!
A few of my favorite things include: posting up in my hammock – friends are a mega bonus here, painting with watercolors, plants, reading good books, camp, dark chocolate, the show This Is Us, eating ice cream (I will seriously never say no to ice cream and again friends are a good bonus), snail mail, and smiling dogs.
It fills my heart up dreaming about all the ways God is already working to prepare me for this upcoming adventure and I am stoked to see what He has in store for the kingdom. Big, huge, exciting stuff that my mind can’t even really wrap around yet! But I’m jubilant for the opportunity to walk alongside Jesus in this way.
