i wanted to write a public thank you to my teammate Heather Hartz! my team Talitha Koum is FYI-AMAZINGGG! through this whole thing they have been so strong, so flexible, and im so thankful for them!!
I had to stay near a hospital this month so that i could go everyday to get my wound cleaned and bandaged changed…and Heather stayed back with me to go through this crazy repeative process of never knowing how many more days or knowing what to do: to stay or go. but after the hospital visits and grocery shopping..&& when heather wasnt balancing finances, keeping the rest of our team updated, going to ministry with the team we were staying with, and keeping her sanity…she was taking care of me!
Heather is such a strong woman of God! she is growing in confidence everyday and ive seen her grow so much this month!! i appreciate her honesty and confrontation spirit! she is that good kind of blunt 🙂 she soaks herself in the word and chases after her daddy's heart…its so encouraging and inspiring..and as she gets eager about the Lord so do people around her..she has a chain reaction affect and its so cool to watch…she is beautiful, intelligent, funny, crazy, serious, energetic, ambitious, and doesnt fall for anything that she doesnt believe in! this month she kinda captured a piece of my heart 😉
we had hour(s) long habla chicas, nutella && pretzel gallor, plenty of sweating, tons of mosquito bites, power outages, laughs, crys, encounters with our heavenly daddy, glee episodes, sing-offs, and painting our fingernails after washing our hair to make us feel like girls!
im so thankful for H!!! she was the best roommate and friend..and when i wanted to be at home and missing my family she sat there and listening to me cry like a little baby-she encouraged me when i was struggling with things & she allowed me to be me even if i was disabled for a month 🙂

We cant wait to be reunited with our team-its been a LONG time coming..and everyday we would say "only 15 more days", "only 6 more days" and now the time has come to be Talitha Koum again the FABULOUS FIVE <3
&&& I CANT WAIT TO SEE THEIR BEAUTIFUL FACES!!!!!!
but this month was a wonderful month..not what was expected AT ALL..but when is the world race ever what you expect??? lol
Vietnam here we come!! ready to dive into what the Lord has for me 🙂
