I can try to describe this place using words, but it just won’t do it justice. I can tell you stories of the men, the women and the children that I’ve passed on the streets, but it isn’t the same as seeing it for yourself. Two girls I am spending the month with have made some awesome videos that really capture what it is like here.

They both portray what this place is really like, but what they can’t give you is the feeling you get here. Some streets just feel like normal bars. Others are covered in feelings of fear or desperation or lust. Some we aren’t even allowed to set foot on.
