My team has finished our¨official¨ministry here in Palenque. It has been an incredible month. We have seen so much happen here and I have grown so much. I have seen God move in so many ways here. There have been countless more stories that I just havent had the time to blog about. But everyday I feel like I am stretched and grown in a new way. I was talking with my team this morning about why we dont see the miracles we are currently experiencing in the US. We could spout out a thousand excuses about how The Church sucks in the US or that God isnt moving in the US or just about anything. But I have noticed that when you open up your eyes to the spiritual realm, God works in you in a whole new way. Living each day with intentionality to love others, even if it is out of our way. When we actively pursue those people around us in the mission field, you dont have to be in a third world country to see God moving. He is all around us. Seek Him out in your life and He will show up! I could go on and probly should, but I must go meet with Noe now. Our team is going to bid him farewell and thank him for all his work.
Our shedule for the next few days looks like this:
thursday-cleanup and man night for the guys
friday and saturday-debrief with everybody
sunday- race to guatemala
sometime later- Agapetos goes to Costa Rica for a month!
our team has been selected to go to Costa Rica by ourselves to do ministry there. We have a contact there that needs some people with spanish language skills. So here we go! I think we are even goin to be on the beach all month! Dont really know much but Im excited!
