The day has come. The day we physically take the next in the World Race….first of many travel days!

The final night of launch training was exactly what the doctor would have prescribed! Zealous Love decided to spend our own money for one final steak at Ruby Tuesday before our final training session.

We as a team walked into the big room one final time, knowing for the time being this will be the last time we gather as all five squads YZABC. Anticipation was high, emotions were on a roller coaster ride and the presence of God filled the room. The worship band led us in songs, but more than just songs but a cry out to be forever washed in God’s love. Songs of encouragement, hope, and an understanding that we can do far greater things than we can ever imagined. Shouted praises and thanks to our glorious Father! It was a time of preparing our hearts, our minds, and our souls.

An inspiring message on the Kingdom of God. The kingdom being described as a group of people loving like Jesus under the reign of God. A challenging message to live in the presence of the Holy Spirit every second of your day, not just in worship or when praying for healing. The presence of God isn’t a visitation period but rather a lifestyle! Wrap your head around the fact that Jesus is sitting on a throne and has delegated His power to each in everyone of us! That Jesus said that we can do far GREATER things than what He did hear on earth. The Holy Spirit lives inside of us, and it’s time to start living in His presence. To pray BOLDER prayers than the stories that we have read in the Bible! Have the confidence knowing that through the power of the Holy Spirit that you can preach the Gospel and it is translated into everyone’s native language.

The morning is upon us. The bags are being packed. Eating our final hotel breakfast (eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, toast, OJ, and coffee). It all starts to set in. What we were called to do 6 months ago is happening NOW! The time has come to take the nations by storm. A storm filled with the presence of God, lives will be changed, the sick healed, communities transformed, hope restored, and people crossing over from death to life!

We are separated physically in our rooms as we prepare to board the bus to the airport, but connected through the raw emotions that are running through our hearts and our minds. Our loved ones will be missed! I know the greatest gift you could probably give to any racer at the end of this 11 month mission trip is a story of how God transformed YOU through this year! I am excited to hear how lives are being changed at home because a group of young men and women took a step of faith to sacrifice a year of our lives to serve God in this capacity.

Here’s to praying BOLD prayers and expecting even GREATER things to happen! Join us on this journey!

Be BOLD, Be INTENTIONAL
