Yes, those are a few fun facts that can help you get to know me a little better! I am a fun, adventurous, and outgoing individual who loves to travel and experience what God has in store. I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana and graduated from Grace College. I grew up participating in athletics since fifth grade and by the end of high school, volleyball was my biggest passion.
I graduated college with a major in counseling and a minor in communications. College is where I went to my first mission trip to Dominican Republic and then my second one to Liberia. These trips ignited a fire within me to not only travel but to connect with my brothers and sisters all over the world and to lift each other up.
While growing up, God has revealed to me his power, strength, and purpose. Brokeness leads to transformation and trials reveal strength in you that you never knew you had. God has granted me with a desire to know him and share him with the world! I love to encourage, worship, and grow with others for God’s kingdom.
Currently, I am an english teacher in South Korea and I heard about the race from a World Race leader that came to one of our bible studies. My focus was drawn in as soon as she told us about the race because it is a journey that I have been wanting to do all my life.
God is so amazing and we have yet to see the fullness of who he is. I look forward to this journey that is about to begin! Come, lets take a walk together!
