On the morning of Sunday, December 10th, I was in church, my eyes closed, asking God (begging him really) to give me purpose. I always knew I was called to missions. I always knew I was meant for more. And for so long, I asked God to provide opportunities for me to go and spread the love of Jesus around the world. That day I asked God if he could hear me and I asked him why he had yet to answer my desperate prayers. And only three hours later, God, wasting no time, revealed his plan through a friend at a coffee shop. The World Race. Minutes later, I was on the website, tears in my eyes, with the overwhelming feeling and loud voice in my head screaming “that’s it!” It was just what I had been waiting for.
That night, after praying through the routes, I filled out my application. My interview was immediately scheduled for Wednesday, and I spent Monday and Tuesday prayerful and excited for what was to come. My interview went great and I was told I would hear back regarding my acceptance in four to six days. Just twenty-four hours later I got the call and I was in!
So here we are, less than nine month away from the biggest adventure of my life (so far). July 2018 I leave for two weeks of training in Georgia where I will prepare for the physical, spiritual, and emotional requirements of the journey. After the completion of my training, I will then embark on a nine month missions trip through Swaziland, India, Nepal and Guatemala, sharing the gospel while loving and serving with the help of an amazing team!
With confidence and many confirmations, I am going knowing the Lord himself is sending me and goes before me.

1. Commit to pray! I would love if you could cover me in prayer over these next 9 months of preparation, as well as the 9 months I am on the field!
2. Give. I have exactly nine months to raise $15,800. This will cover my travel expenses, room and board, food, and necessary insurances.

I am believing that through your praying, giving and sharing and my going we will change lives and be the hands and feet of Jesus in Swaziland, Nepal, India and Guatemala.
