Hello Everyone! I need to share a great update with you guys!
First of all, thank you so so much to everyone who has supported me so far! I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such a great body of believers that are there to pray for my gap year and help financially support me so that I can follow God’s calling for me!
Now for the update, a little while ago we received an email from our advisor Mack that informed us that we are now having four months of training in Gainesville before we launch due to countries borders being closed.
If I’m being honest, when I first got the news it took me a few days of prayer to process. During this time, I got a much needed reminder that what surprises me never surprises God. I believe that there was a reason I was called to this and that God continued to call me to take this gap year even through the changes and uncertainty. It might sound a bit over the top but I fully believe next year will be life changing and I am so excited to experience it!!
After thinking more about it, I realized what a blessing outreach in Georgia could be. It will be a great chance to really bond closer with my squad before we launch! I am so very thankful that God is with me through each change and knows exactly what tomorrow will bring. Through all of this, the main thing on my heart is just trusting God no matter what happens.
