I still remember looking at my name on the front of the tiny piece of paper that had my new team on the back of it. I felt overwhelming peace before I flipped the paper over and saw the names of my new teammates.
I flipped it over and saw hannah hutchinson was my team leader and was filled with unexplainable joy and the most uncontrollable smile.
Before I even witnessed her stepping into her role as a team leader, I knew it was such a blessing to have her as my raised up team leader.
And now that I have witnessed it I have just become even more assured that there is no one on our team better fit to lead. She leads out of a place of servant leadership that is very Christlike.
She has a special way of seeking us all out and making space for each of us. She peruses friendship before she asks for our obedience to her leadership.
Hannah bring joy, acceptance, and so much more to our team and squad. I love her heart to see and love people well.
