Hello lovely people!
It is so crazy writing my first blog post!!! I wanted to write on something that has been on my heart lately. With the start of a new decade, I have been hearing a lot of people talk a lot about new beginnings and new goals for a new year/time. All this “newness” makes me think of such a beautiful thing that all those in Jesus have. We were given new life and what a blessing that is!!!
Romans 6:4 puts it so beautifully when it says, ““We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life”. We have been given the amazing gift of new life that no one may take from us and I find such freedom and beauty in that!!
So, as I step into this new year of many unknown things I will remember that the best new start I have ever received was the one that Jesus gave me.
