As part of CGA and the Leadership track, I had the amazing opportunity and pleasure of being part of Y, Z, A, B, & C’s World Race training camp. I was a trainer for Z-squad, which meant that I had the privilege of spending this past week with Z-squad, loving and serving them in any way that I could.
I was able to pour, pray, and love on every single one of their beautiful faces and it was AHHH-mazing. I never knew that my heart could fall in love with a group of people so fast but holy cow it did!
I heard stories that were similar to mine. I heard stories that made my heart hurt and ones that I praised Him and His goodness for.
I witnessed a bunch of individuals’ come together and transform into a 50+ plus family. I witnessed them cry together, laugh together, pray and worship together, and begin to love one another for who they were.
Gawwwww.
It was such an amazing blessing to be a part of their journey.
I began to feel the hunger stirring up inside of my heart to go out again…….
To be surrounded by 50+ little African children again.
To be sweaty and dirty constantly.
To eat rice and beans daily.
To pour my heart and soul out into the nations again.
To be completely and utterly romanced by God time and time again.
The list could go on….
I don't know what the Father is stirring up in my heart or what is to come of the future…..but I know that it's gonna be good.
One of the Z-Squad men came up to me and gave me word from the Father…."God says that He is getting ready to fulfill a promise that He made you, so get ready for whatever it may be."
I will say HECK YES and AMEN to that one!
Training camp man, it really holds a little treasure for everyone. Beyond blessed to be doing what I am doing ALL for the Kingdom.
