HELLO!
So I’m not much of a writer but I’m going to be sharing what’s going on in my life, and what Christ is doing!
I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED TO THE WORLD RACE!!! Seriously crazy stuff.
But you may be asking “How did she end up doing this?”
Well to be honest sometimes I ask myself the same thing.
When I was 12 was when I went on my first mission trip. The Lord automatically put a love and passion for missions in my heart. Every sense then I’ve gone on a mission trip here or there in the bush of Alaska. I’m going to tell you some about these amazing trips that the Lord blessed me to be apart of!
Eagle, Alaska:
My first in ’09: Going to Eagle, Alaska to spread the love of Christ with the locals and children of the village.
We put on a V.B.S. (Vacation bible school) program for the kids, And did many service projects cleaning away houses and buildings that had been destroyed by a flood. The Lord taught my SO much about being a servant to him, and others.

This is some of the girls on our team, and a few locals.

The kids watching a V.B.S. skit! Such cuties!
Kokrine Hills Bible Camp:
Going to Kokrine Hills bible camp I was dish crew for one summer, and a councilor for two. The camp is for mainly Alaska Native kids, and is located in the very center of Alaska RIGHT on the Yukon. (So cool!) The love God started forming in my heart for camp ministry started here!

Most of the team one year!

Me with two of my campers my first year counseling!

Campers and staff right after a water balloon fight! All the staff hid in the bushes and ambushed the kids!
Galena, Alaska:
Galena Alaska is west of Fairbanks Quite a ways. There is a boarding school there, and we went to get to know, and share Christs love with the highschoolers and the locals. Most of what we did there was spend time with the kids at the school, but we also chopped wood, cleaned houses, baked cookies for the locals, put on a Valentines dance for the school kids, and a banquet for the adults, and helped out with Young Life(Which is kinda like a youth group). I went to Galena three times and each God pulled my heart closer and closer to him. Showing me more of who he is, and how faithful he is!

GILA! (Galena interior learning academy)

The team! 😀

In this picture we’re doing a series of funny skits for the kids at Young Life. This ones called “Car wash” At that time they just “Washed” the car by spitting water all over me! Haha, it was so gross! but the kids loved it!

Painting the SUB (Student union building) kitchen!

Setting up decorations for the Teen Valentines dance!
So these are some of the wonderful times that God has used to grow me, and my love for missions. What has brought me to this point, is ultimately God. All of it bringing Glory to HIS great name. He is such a wonderful, merciful, Gracious, loving, and just, God. The least I can do is give my all for him!
Thanks for reading!
