First, thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this post. You may not realize it, but there are many different ways that you can contribute to a World Racer.
1. Prayerfully
A huge part of the World Race is growing closer with God and sharing God with others. One
way to contribute is by praying for me, my squad, and those who we will come in contact with.
There is a wide variety of things you can pray about. Below is a list of ways that you can pray for me on this journey.
– Ability to trust God with every aspect of my life.
– Guidance on this adventure — both while I am preparing to launch and when I am abroad.
– Peace as I navigate the World Race preparation process and living abroad.
– Ability to obey God. A huge part of the World Race is doing what God tells us to do and
trusting that it will work out even when we can’t see the end.
2. Financially
One aspect of the World Race is fundraising. My specific amount to raise is $16,600. I know that may seem like a lot of money, and it is, but reaching that amount happens little by little. If you feel led to give financially there are a couple ways to do that.
Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Due to IRS and ECFA regulations governing the administration of tax-deductible donations given in support of a particular trip/program, support contributions given on behalf of an individual will be used to offset the costs of the trip/program you are involved in. All contributions are non-refundable regardless of the participant’s success in completing the program.
– Online. All online donations take place on this blog. At the top of the page (beneath my picture) is a fundraising bar where you can see my progress. On the right side of this bar is a button that reads “Donate!”. If you click that button it will walk you through the online donation process.
– By check. Checks must be made payable to Adventures in Missions with the person’s name in the memo line. Mail to: Adventures in Missions, PO Box 742570, Atlanta, GA 30374-2570. Please mail only one check per envelope, as checks are processed mechanically. (more intructions are are available in the online donation page)

3. Physical Items
Part of going on the Race is packing my whole life into a backpack for 9 months. In order to do
that I’m going to need to acquire some items that I don’t currently own. One of the ways you can contribute to my race is by helping me get these items.
