Hi friends!!

First, I want to apologize that I haven’t been updating you all on what’s happening over here for a few weeks!

Here is a quick update on what we have been doing!

On November 6 we began our ministry in Kuala Lumpur! This month we have been working for a foundation called Dignity for Children where my ministry looked like assisting in a classroom with children from 9-13 years old! The school year here is from January-November, so I was able to help some of the students with last minute exams in Math and English!

While in the classroom, I was able to get to know some amazing teachers and students, see cultural dances and clothing, and decorate for the Last Day of School Party! It was hard to tell the students that I wouldn’t be here when they come back for school the next year, but such an honor to be able to spend the time with them that I did!

On Adventure Days we were able to visit a few of the MANY malls they have here in the big city of KL, climb the stairs and see monkeys at Batu Caves, experience the Jalan Alor Food Street, and got to hike/rock climb!

Thanksgiving didn’t quite feel like a holiday without being home, but a teacher in our hostel surprised us with a roasted chicken and pizza and made the day feel just as special! We also had a lady we met invite us over to her house on Saturday to have a Thanksgiving feast with her family! It was so beautiful!!

Malaysia was such an incredible month for me, and another hard one to leave.

God never ceases to amaze me. He is continuing to grow my love for His people and my desire to serve them in whatever way possible.

Thank you all for your continuous support and prayers!! I love you all dearly (even if I don’t know you)!!
