Hi friends!!
It’s been a little over week here in Zimbabwe, and I already love it!
The people are absolutely amazing, and I found people who give me a run for my money in dancing (just kidding, they are WAY better than me, but I’m gonna get some tricks of the trade from them)!
Our ministry this month is coming alongside Bulawayo Baptist (woohoo!) Church in their involvement in the community! This last week we have been doing some random ministry including:
– Painting some offices
– Bible study at a craft market
– Spending time with the youth and young adult ministry
– Worshiping on the corner at a vegetable market and praying for the locals there
– Making popcorn for a block party to advertise….
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL!
They call it Holiday Club, because fun fact… it’s about to be their winter, and they are on holiday right now. Crazy.
Next week we will be helping lead around 500 precious, precious children.
I am beyond excited to just sit amongst God’s lil kiddos. Please be in prayer that they will hear and understand the Gospel and they will be changed forever!
I grew up in church and was saved at a young age and have never looked back. God can do INCREDIBLE things. I’m excited to see it happen right in front of my eyes.
