First, I know “hasta la vista” is Spanish, but…I like how it flowed…so here we are!
Second, how am I already leaving Africa? I cannot believe I am going into Month 10 on the World Race.
Our time in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, looked like serving Bulawayo Baptist Church by doing a little bit of painting and a lot of children’s ministry! We were so blessed to have an amazing community presence while we were there and were so encouraged by the people we met!
We had one full week of Holiday Club where 600 children came through to worship, play games, have snacks, and hear about Jesus Christ!
The following week we had two full day Holiday Clubs at schools outside of the city area. The first one had 675 children in attendance, and the second had 221!
It was such a blessing to serve alongside the amazing people at Bulawayo Baptist Church, and Zim will always hold a special place in my heart!
