Part 1 of a Christmas series on Peace, Love and Joy!
Am feeling so thankful that God has taught me a lot recently about what it looks like to have joy in the highs and lows of life. With the winter season upon us I feel its perfect to discuss joy and where you find your joy.
And an update from the field: Had an awesome month in Lebannon working with Syrian refugees and pouring into the local church. We just completed our debrief here in Jordan and in recent news I’m super excited to transition into the squad leader (SQL) position! Things have already begun looking a little different for me on the field as I am shifting my focus more onto my teammates. I will get to challenge and encourage each of them as I visit each team and dive into what it looks like to lead like Jesus. I know there will be a lot of challenges with stepping into this role but I also feel that God has so much in store for learning how to following Him as I lead. With that said, please be praying for myself and the three other women who have been raised up with me to squad lead this team. Pray for vision, direction, wisdom, and discernment as we train and prepare to take over as squad leaders next month.
