Merry Christmas my friends and family!!
I woke up this morning to rice, green curry, sautéed bok choy, coconut sticky rice and a hot dog… It’s a little different than the Christmas morning meal I’m used to, but great all the same! We attended church in Thai and then were taken out to eat by our contacts (former world racers! Www.granolagospel.com). We had the best Khao Soi in all of Thailand, were gifted some amazing coffee from Doi Saket and then dropped off
in town. I just came back from a Thai massage where I literally melted, had some
Thai tea and a little treat, dark chocolate covered almonds!
So, not the traditional Christmas day, but it has been great nonetheless! We actually celebrated Christmas last night with the girls and their families, the video below
includes that.
As my dad said yesterday, “Jesus is the reason for the season!”. We have so much to be thankful for, because our King has been born today!
