Ready to meet my team?!?!
Our team name is Mabinti Wa Yesu, which means “Daughters of Jesus” in Swahili.  We wanted a name in Swahili since that was our first Ministry destination and the first place we would unite as a team.  Yesu is spelled YES U, as in YES YOU!, and we wanted to proclaim to the nations that YES YOU are a son or daughter of Christ and YES YOU were created in His image and YES YOU are loved and YES YOU are our sisters and brothers, etc. etc. etc. there is SO much to proclaim to the nations ๐Ÿ™‚
Our Squad, the Y Squad, is broken into 7 groups and, of course, mine is the ONLY all girl squad.  I originally didn’t want to be on an all girl squad, but God had other plans ha.  Also, I am on the squad with the only two girls in a relationship, while I am trying to get over the relationship that recently ended in my life.  Although, I am already seeing God’s plan and the growth that He has for me ๐Ÿ™‚
