Ministry this month was a little difficult. We put together a picture presentation of
some of the countries that we have been too and went to some schools to talk
about the other countries and share our experiences. Well, someone in the school reported us and
we got in trouble. We were turned in to
the government for “preaching” in schools.
Yes, we did talk about God and what he had done in the countries we had
visited but we were not preaching at the students. However, the government decided that since we
spoke English they wouldn’t be able to control what we said so they just banned
us from the schools.

Once that happened we had to find other things
to do for ministry. We were able to
spend a few days at a local hospital doing some dirt work and plastering some
walls.

We fixed up a playground located across the
street from our contacts house.

The guys welded and we painted.
We played softball on Thursday nights.
We tried to serve the family
we were staying with by cooking some dinners, gardening, and cleaning
house.

This place felt like home. We lived with a family that has four young
children.
