Where are you?? You aren’t in my hometown, are you?… and you’re barely even on the World Race (like 8 boys to 30 girls!)
I know you exist; I know that you are somewhere!! If you are reading this, and you are a man of God, I challenge you to STEP IT UP!
Men play such an important role in our lives as women, you encourage, challenge, support and love us. As girls we struggle with relationships all the time, we have been hurt by men of our past, we have been shown love in all the wrong ways. I cannot tell you how many times my girls will tell me that God says I am beautiful and that I am worthy of love and that I am worth being pursued…. But when my brother, a man of God, tells me that I am loved, I am beautiful, and I am worthy to be pursued, the words have so much more weight.
Yes, we ladies love to be independent and strong in ourselves, but as much as we try to show off our independence, there is something deep down inside of us that desire’s a leader. We desire someone that can be influential and confident when we can’t be that for ourselves, when we are weak. God says that in our weakness He is strong. But God created you men to be leaders, to be the head of the household, to rise up and show Jesus in ways that us girls just can’t.
This is short and sweet but I really do challenge you to consider rising up to the greatness that God has called you to. He created you as a man for a purpose…figure out what it is. Share the godly love that He has anointed you with just by being born!
Shout out to all the men on A-Squad including our squad leaders and AIM staffers for being such amazing and encouraging men of God! You are all awesome and we love you so much!
