My name is emily and I am 21 years old. I come from a small town called Arab, Alabama…I am extremely excited to be going around the world with my new World Race family!! I love that God has given me this opportunity and I can't wait to share his message and help others :]
I just moved home from Auburn University where i changed my major from nursing to child psychology and decided that I needed to take some personal time off to get things in my life straightened out.. Then of course I found out that I was accepted in the WR and my plans of going back to school have been postponed, which is fine with me..
Some of my favorite things are mexican food and sushi, navy blue, being on the lake in the summer, reading, hanging with my best friends, cheesecake factory, family dinners, SWEET TEA, flip flops, Auburn football, golfing, facebook, tennis (only if we don't keep score) and being a christian in a free country where I can talk/praise/love God anytime and anywhere.
Things that I would rather not deal with are pickles, mustard, Coke, snakes, canned tuna, video games, working out, and the people upstairs that have a pet elephant.
