A brief photo blog of my experience working with
King’s Castle – Nicaragua 2013.

I spent only one month working with this ministry in Nicaragua but the experience will be with me for a lifetime. Daily we hopped in the bus confident that God was leading us to the right place to minister. When we arrived we would call the neighborhood to come and hear what we had to tell them, and since I am a gringa (white woman) it wasn’t hard to get their attention. Then we would play games, dance and perform skits right in the middle of the street! Through all these things we were sharing the hope of Christ and we had opportunity to share from our hearts how God has changed our lives. We gave invitation for everyone who had heard to receive prayer and to accept the truth of Jesus into their own lives. We would then get back on the bus on route to our next destination and start all over again, 3 or 4 times in one day. One of the highlights for me was working alongside local youth and ministers who will continue follow up in each of these neighborhoods.

Although it could seem routine there was always a new challenge or twist in the schedule as we were lead by the Holy Spirit My arms were continually open embrace this challenge and to embrace his precious children of Nicaragua.
