You know you are a world racer when…

 

…bug spray becomes your new perfume and you spray it on ALL day long

…throwing toilet paper in the actual toilet would be a RIDICULOUS thought! of course you throw it in

    the trash can! lol

…when you hardly need to shower because you are bathing in your sweat all day long hahah

…with your breakfast you pop your malaria pill…on day 3 you decide to rewear what you wore day one because it´s too much of a hastle to dig through

    that pack and into those small compression sacks! missy and mom we should have gone for medium!

…you cant eat the ice anywhere you go so your drinks are WARM

…when $114.13 is cheap for bread cause its PESOS!…when you love the grocery store cause it´s the only place around with AC…lol yes i am adjusting to never being cold and always dripping in sweat but still love the grocery store 🙂

…when you have to paint your teammates arm with bright pink sparkle nail polish to get rid    of

    chigger bites that are spreading underneath (biting you) the skin ahhh!!! and its a boy lol 🙂 but he totally  

    sported the pink nail polish nicely!

…when you can pack 50 people into a house meant to hold 6!!!

…when you think even the smallest amount of food is AMAZING!!!

…when you carry your water bottle EVERYWHERE you go!

…seeing people ride by on banana bikes (bikes with bananas hanging everywhere off them) is  common

 

All is well here my sweet friends and family members!! i love you all and cant thank you enough for all your support and emails! truly i feel so good today having read them and i feel connected to you again!  we are in San Juan, DR for this month. half the team went to haiti and half to DR then we will switch next month! i will be doing evangelism and VBS here! but plans can always change is what i am learning on the world race! you are pretty much always hot here but i am getting more and more used to it! and guess what i actually had to use a very thin sheet last night cause i got cold! weird no ac and i am cold haha! i love you all things are good here! email me at [email protected] and i wil try to get back to you! love you!!
