Thailand was a great month. We were able to go on some amazing excursions which included elephant riding, bamboo rafting, waterfalls, and visiting a village. Our ministry created an atmosphere for lots of down time and time with the team. I really enjoyed working with Lighthouse in Action this month. Here are some photos from the month.

Transportation around Thailand was in the back of a truck, otherwise known as a “song-tao”

Thailand children are adorable. This little one was in the market one night. She is eating banana rotti, which was a favorite dessert of ours!

Team Throne Unveiled at the “sticky waterfalls”. The waterfall is made out of limestone so you can actually climb up and down it. Totally fun! One of the best days in Thailand for me. My teammate Kyle and squadmate Carolyn got baptized in the waterfall.

We got to ride elephants and take some awesome pictures with them!

We spent four days in a village about 3 hours north of Chiang Mai. The village was a great way to relax and see the country side. This was where I finally got to enjoy the beauty of Thailand and get away from all the tourists.
