The enemy knows exactly when were weak and I once heard from a very wise woman ( my mom)the Devil doesn’t always come dressed in red with horns. Sometimes in our life (talking from experience)the enemy knows exactly what to do in order to turn our face from the way we know is right. Satan frequently steals the will of God from us due to reasoning. The Lord may direct us to do a certain thing, but if it does not make sense – if it is not logical – we may be tempted to disregard it. What God leads a person to do does not always make logical sense in our mind. His spirit may affirm it and our mind reject it, especially if it would be out of the ordinary or unpleasant or if it would require personal sacrifice or discomfort. Patience is not the ability to wait but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. we can not have a positive life with a negative mind.
Most of us spend a life time looking back on the things we have done, the decisions we have made but I’m here to tell you GOD HAS FORGIVEN YOU ALREADY, he forgave you before you did it. Our past may explain why we’re suffering but we must not use it as an excuse to stay in bondage. Jesus wants us to be set free, Jesus is standing on the OUTSIDE and he is knocking at the doors of our hearts and all we have to do it let him in, the bible say in :
revelation 3:20 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. ‘He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
All we have to do it let god in, you see accepting god is just like being in a relationship or having a best friend you talk, you laugh, you cry, you questions, you grow and you stumble.. We are humans and god created us with human desires just because God is in your heart doesn’t mean bad things wont happen, troubles will not come our way, and life wont get tough, its not a matter of IF we stumble its WHEN we stumble and God knows that.There are times when God leaves huge question marks as tools in our lives to stretch our faith. When we are going through a hard time, our mind wants to give up. Satan knows that if he can defeat us in our mind, he can defeat us in our experience. That’s why it is so important that we not lose heart, grow weary and faint.
SO just a reminder God knows exactly what your worried about, what is on your heart and mind, you do not have to RSVP to every argument that comes your way, you do not have to live defined by the definition of others and you do not have to explain your happiness, God has giving us all one life to live and EVERYONE has made mistakes, everyone has stumbled and everyone will continue to stumble and fall but we have a might God who is there to lift us and help us grow every time we stumble, it is NEVER too late to answer that knock, for god wants the blinders off of our eyes and to be fixed onto him.
So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls. James 1:21”
